Feeling a little down because of the weather? Here’s some warm soup, a cold juice, a quick activity and a whole new show to binge watch until next week.

Here’s what we’re recommending this week:

  • A healthy alternative to sugary drinks.

  • The simplest businesses are sometimes making the most $$$

  • Are you also terrified of public speaking?

  • An artist date a week = a happy inner child

EAT

If you’re tired of boring, old soup from a can, this 20 minute vegan lentil tortilla soup will spice up your life.

WATCH

Queen Of Flow on Netflix. It’s a modern take on a Colombian Telenovela but with music. I love all the songs but I will warn you now about the rapping… it’s not good 😬 . I will admit, that some scenes are a bit 🤏 dramatized but the character archs are worth it. The cameos might even surprise you. The third season is said to be coming out this year, so you’ll have time to catch up but with 80 episodes a season, you gotta start now!

BROWSE

I recently got into juicing and I’m OBSESSED! My drink of choice has been water for the last couple of years but I miss the flavor of sports drinks and the feel of soda hitting in the back of the throat. So, I started juicing as a healthy alternative. My favorite mix at the moment is mango and orange or mango, passion fruit, and guava 😋 but I’m still going through all the fruits and veggies. Here’s a good machine, if you want to try juicing for yourself.

💭 3 A.M Thoughts

People that have dessert stands are probably making so much money, while selling treats you could literally make yourself, like a frozen banana on a stick. That’s why it only takes them 1-4 years to invest in a brick and mortar. Should I start my own dessert stand???
